DELIVERY & SHIPPING
SF Express - Address Delivery or Pickup Location (Flat fee of HK$10)
We ship within Hong Kong by SF Express at a flat fee of HK$10 per order (regardless of quantity). You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your address, or pick up your parcel at any pickup location conveniently located in different areas of Hong Kong (pick up location list: Chinese or English). For address delivery to remote areas, an extra HK$30 will be charged by SF Express upon receiving the parcel. Please visit the links for the list of remote locations: Chinese or English.
MTR Station Pickup (Free of charge)
Pickup is also available at major MTR locations free of charge, from Mondays to Fridays 6:30-8:00pm. Stations include: Central, Mongkok, TST, Quarry Bay, or any station on Tung Chung Line. Please contact us for details before you place an order.
Your order will be shipped within two working days after payment is confirmed and you will receive email notification when the order is dispatched. You may track your orders with SF express or simply contact us.
EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND
Exchange & Return
We hand check each item to ensure it is in perfect condition before sending to you. Thus we only accept exchange due to sizing problems for equal and/or higher value items. Items must be returned along with its original receipt and in its original condition i.e. unworn, undamaged and with tags on. Discounted or on-sale items are not exchangeable. We will not reimburse for postage or shipping fees incurred. All returns and exchanges must first be approved by Popsy Activewear. If you need to return an item for exchange, please contact us for return authorisation within 14 days from the date your shipping is dispatched.
No refund is allowed except for very special cases subject to the discretion of Popsy Activewear. Please contact us if such a need arises.
Remark: Popsy Activewear reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable, and amend the exchange/ return policy without prior notice.
